Badges and admission

Name badges must be worn at all times throughout the entire conference and during social events.
Admission to all sessions is by NAME TAG/BADGE. Please wear it at all times or entry will be refused
The basic Registration fee enables the delegate to attend all sessions, morning/afternoon teas on all days and lunch on Saturday. All other events are ticketed events and your NAME TAG/BADGE will identify which events you are able to attend. Entry to events preceding the official opening, will be by name checked off against an official list. If a Name badge is lost please contact the Registration and Help Desk
 

Conference Protocols

Paul Harris Fellows should wear medallions to the Official Opening and to the Rotary Foundation Reception.
Paul Harris pins should be worn at all times below the Rotary badge.
 

Non Conference Material

No literature is to be distributed, no goods offered for sale, and no fund raising by any means may occur at the Conference without prior written approval from the Conference Chair.

Please contact a member at the Registration Desk in the Foyer any Committee Member.(Look for a red Shirt)
 

Voting Delegates

Club delegates (Electors) must register their credentials at the Registration Desk .

Recordings

No proceedings may be recorded by any audio or visual means by any attendee.
 

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted, by law, anywhere within Club Mulwala or Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort or The Mulwala Waterski Club.

Messages

Should the Conference organisers receive a message for you it will be posted on the Conference Message Board in the Foyer

Mobile Phones

The use of mobile phones is forbidden in lecture halls and during presentations and must be switched off during sessions.
 

Session Times

Please be prompt for each session so that it starts on time. Access to any venue should not occur during an address by any speaker.
