Ripple Effect Public Image Grant Program

Thanks to the success and surplus of our 2025 District Conference, we’re thrilled to launch
the Ripple Effect Public Image Grant Program — a powerful initiative designed to support
membership growth through high-impact Public Image projects.

Your club can now access up to $500 in funding to help you tell your story and raise your
visibility in the community.
 

What Can You Do with the Grant?

Use the funding to boost your club’s image and attract new members with projects like:

  • A “Meet Our Members” video series
  • A local community event with Rotary-branded signage
  • A social media campaign showcasing your service
  • Professionally designed flyers, banners, or brochures
  • Media partnerships to promote your Rotary story
  • A refresh of your club website

How Much Funding Is Available?

  • Up to $500 per club
  • Grants are available now until funds are exhausted
  • Applications close 10 December 2025 (But don’t wait — applications are assessed as received)

How to Apply

It’s simple. Just:
 
  1. Download the short Application Form
  2. Tell us your idea and how it supports Public Image + membership
  3. Include a brief budget and expected outcomes
  4. Email your completed form to: PDG Stephen O’Connell – socsax@ozemail.com.au
You’ll also need to review the Funding Agreement and Acquittal Form. These are attached
with the application or available from your ClubRunner resources.
