| Each of these addresses are shared by team members devoted to the task. This ensures that your message is not left waiting if one person is away for any reason. Outgoing mail is sent to alias addresses. The alias system is used to shield members from the incessant bombardment of spam and while your private address is susceptible to spam, none can get through our spam filter if an alias is used. |

| THANK YOU for using "Bcc:" instead of "To:" and "Cc:" when initiating both individual and group e-mails. You are protecting individual privacy by preventing spammers from obtaining e-mail addresses for unauthorized use. • "Bcc:" is Blind Carbon Copy. Any email addresses placed here are not visible to any recipients. • "To:" is any email address, and is visible to any person receiving the email. • "Cc:" is Carbon Copy and is visible to any person receiving the email. |
