Over the years District 9790 has developed a sophisticated email system specifically designed to maximise benefits to the District and its members.
Explanation of terms used:
Button "Register of Members" is the record of members maintained by District 9790
Button "MailMan" is the District 9790 alias address for all matters pertaining to our internal email system
Button "FormMail" is our system for sending an email message by using a form from this website thus protecting our email addresses from spam
Button "Validation" is the listing of member email addresses so that the address is able to send an email message to the District 9790 alias address.
All the email addresses are permanent, and this removes the need to change them with each Rotary year.
If you need a message broadcast to all District 9790 Clubs or specific addresses, please address the request to: mailman@rotary9790.org.au
If you have a query about District's “Register of Members" please address the email to: database@rotary9790.org.au
If you have any problems sending emails to District email addresses please send an email to our "MailMan".
For general Website matters or enquiries, please use: webmaster@rotary9790.org.au
Each of these addresses are shared by a team member devoted to the task. This ensures that your message is not left waiting if one person is away for any reason.
You will all be aware of the ever increasing problem with spam. To protect our permanent addresses from spam attacks District 9790 has developed a method which validates all member email addresses that are listed in our "Register of Members". In other words, if you wish to send an email to one of District's permanent addresses your email address must be listed on our "Register of Members".

Outgoing mail is sent to alias addresses, wherever possible. The alias system is used to shield members from the incessant bombardment of spam and while your private address is susceptible to spam, none can get through our spam filter if an alias is used.
