Over the past three years, since 1 July 2003, 39 of the District's 60 Clubs have been involved in the Youth Exchange Program sponsoring or hosting a youth exchange student. As a part of improving our service to participating Clubs in District 9790 - and those Clubs considering their future involvement in the 50 Clubs 50 Years initiative in 2008 - we are asking you to take a little bit of time and complete the following survey. The results will enable us in District 9790 and the wider family of Rotary youth exchange to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the program and enable us to make the program even better.

Where your Club has not been involved in the Youth Exchange Program in the past three years, please answer only those questions asking for an opinion rather than your Club experience in the program. Please scroll through the subjects to the "Send" button at the end.

The survey can be answered by any number of Club members. It is not restricted to one response per Club and you are encouraged to circulate copies of the Survey amongst the Club. Click here for a downloadable version.
