The Late Ron Geyer - The Rotary Club of Sunbury

28th September 2010
To all Clubs in District 9790,

We have heard the very sad news today from Alf Gloster, President of the Rotary Club of Sunbury that Ron Geyer passed away late Saturday evening at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. His family was with him.

Ron not only was the Charter President of the Rotary Club of Sunbury in 1973, but was a driving force in Sunbury business and community activities for most of his life.

He will be missed by all in the Club, and by the people of Sunbury.

District Governor Alan Anderson has asked that his deepest sympathy and that of District be recorded at this sad time.

Funeral Mass for the repose of the soul of Mr Ronald (Ron) Arthur Geyer will be offered at St Anne's Catholic Church, 101 Riddell Rd, Sunbury on Wednesday, September 29th, 2010 at 2 p.m.

The Funeral will leave at the conclusion of Mass for burial at Sunbury Cemetery (off Shields St, Sunbury).

Rosary will be recited in Our Lady of Mt Carmel Catholic Church, Macedon St, Sunbury THIS EVENING Tuesday, September 28th commencing at 8 p.m.

Yours in Rotary,

Regards,

Don Hamilton
