Past attendees have gone away reeling with lips still smacking over the tantalising taste of the perfectly prepared prawns, outstanding abundance of oysters, and fantastically fresh fish sourced from the fresh fish markets or caught fresh on his own fishing rods from waters around the country by our own Rotarian Lee Johnson.

Lee consults with the chefs at our Riddells Creek Hotel as to how he wishes to have his seafood prepared for your consumption on the evening. The buffet with fresh fish has other non-seafood dishes to satisfy those who are not quite as keen as others. If we know in advance we can also cater for any non- seafood eaters.

In order to ensure that we are not too crowded we cap our numbers so if you are interested, please get your numbers in ASAP so we can send confirmation.

Please advise early if you must cancel so we can inform the next guests on the waiting list.
