The Rotary Club of Mansfield, on behalf of the Mansfield Shire Council,
organises and runs the three major elements of the High Country Festival.
The Torchlight Parade,
the Fireworks Spectacular and
the High Country Festival Parade -
on the weekend before the Melbourne Cup.
These are all major fundraisers for the Rotary club and the youth of Mansfield.
