| The Rotary Club of Diamond Creek has proudly conducted the Pride of Workmanship Awards over recent years. They are becoming a highlight of the Club's annual calendar of events. The awards provide Rotary with an opportunity to assist our local businesses and organisations to celebrate and recognise the efforts of individuals in their workplace. The awards are designed to acknowledge a pursuit of excellence by an employee. The award consists of a certificate and a recognition plaque, which is presented at the annual Pride Of Workmanship dinner held each October during Rotary's Vocational Services month. The 2011 dinner be held on Tuesday 18th October. How can these awards benefit your business? By nominating a valued employee or team for an award, you are recognising and celebrating a demonstrated pursuit of excellence in work practices. You are supporting and developing this culture in your workplace. What are the selection criteria for this award?
Who can be nominated The nomination process is open to individuals or work place teams who work in our local community. All recipients will be asked to attend, with their nominator, to tell their story at the club meeting. Who can nominate? An employer or a member of the public is welcome to submit a nomination form for someone ( or a team ) they believe meets the selection criteria The club is establishing a web-based Pride of Workmanship honour board. This honour board will list and tell the story of all recipients who have received this award . It is for this reason that we ask you to provide some 'in action' work photographs that can be used on this website. Want further information? Contact Jacqui Hodge |
