The Guest Speaker is Mr. Frank Burfitt who has worked with the Melbourne Metropolitan Board of Works (MMBW), as the first CEO of Indigo Shire and as a consultant.

At the moment he is Chair of North East Water as well as spending time in East Timor (Timor Leste) in a specially appointed advisory position to the East Timor Government.

He was appointed by Premier John Brumby to advise the East Timor Government on water projects. Frank will talk about his experiences in East Timor.
