Booking Form

You can book for 2 people using this booking form. If you need to book for extra people run the booking form again.
The first person you book for will be the listed as the booking contact.
Payment can be made by cheque or by credit card. Note that your credit card details are not stored on the Rotary Web server.
Please make a note of your Booking number for future reference
Note that the price for the Conference Registration will increase from $145 to $150 on the 1st of January
Refunds will only be considered in medical or major circumstances
In the case of partnered Rotarians, make sure that you select the Rotarian option for each attendee, and not the partner option.
