District 9790 Youth Exchange Program regards the privacy of the information provided in your Application Papers as sensitive and important to you. Accordingly the District undertakes:

1. 1. To collect information including name, address, contact details, family relationships, medical, dental and educational records and photographic images for the purpose of administering the Youth Exchange Program;
   
   
2. 2. To deal with all the information in a responsible manner and will only disclose the information to members of the District YEP Committee, the selected Host District or Multi-District in the Host Country and the Host Club to whom the student is assigned;
   
   
3. 3. Not to circulate, reveal or divulge any of the information contained in the Application Papers outside those individuals or organizations referred to in (2) above;
   
   
4. 4. To respect the wishes of the student and the parents in the way the information is treated;
   
   
5. 5. To retain and store the information in a safe and secure place for a limited period of time.
