Member Access/Business Online Functions - Contributions
Rotarians can now contribute to The Rotary Foundation and access their personal contribution history online in a secure environment by logging on to Rotary’s Business Portal at RI Member Access.
District Governors, District Governor-elects, District Foundation Chairman, District Annual Giving Subcommittee Chairman, club presidents and club secretaries have additional access that enables them to view the updated Monthly Contribution Report for their district and the Club Recognition Summary for their club or clubs in their district.
To register on the Business Portal, click on “Member Access". Each user must know his/her District number, club number and membership ID number, and must have a valid e-mail address. The ID numbers can be found on the Club Recognition Summary Report that is available through the Development Services Department or by e-mail to: everyrotarianeveryyear@rotaryintl.org . Once your three IDs and e-mail address are registered through the Portal, a secure password is e-mailed back to the user completing the user’s information needed to log on.
[Note: Your original password then becomes your user name and your new password is now your secure password.]
For district and club officers, the reports are available for viewing as a .PDF file.
