The Cancer Council Victoria urgently needs volunteers who have cared or supported someone with cancer, to join our Family Cancer Connect Telephone Support Program.

With 70 Victorians diagnosed with cancer every day, few Victorian families are not affected by cancer. This invaluable service offers one to one phone support to people affected by cancer from specially trained volunteers who have been through a similar experience.

Full training is provided to volunteers and a minimum of 2 years post treatment or bereavement is required.

Travel and accommodation expenses are covered for rural volunteers
