Austalian Rotary Health
The Australian Rotary Health has allocated in excess of $8 million to health research grants since its inception in 1981. The fund was the dream of the late Ian Scott, Past President of the Rotary Club of Mornington and the fund now has a scholarship named in his honour.

Evolve Hub


Evolve - Keeping Kids on Track

Evolve is a national not-for-profit offering early intervention programs for at-risk teenagers. Our approach is unique and we utilise the challenging nature of the natural environment, from our two remote rural properties, to help young people reflect on their lives, develop self-respect and self-sufficiency, a create a new story for their future. 

One of these properties is Typo Station, located in the King Valley and the heart of District 9790. Evolve features on page 111 of Humanity in Motion, where the story of their establishment in partnership with the Rotary Club of Appin Park-Wangaratta, Benalla, and other Clubs is detailed.

Waist Disposal Challenge

The Waist Disposal Challenge is about weight loss, choosing healthy foods and taking up regular exercise that will help in preventing chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. This project also provided an opportunity for some fun in your Club as participants challenge each other to achieve the best results.
