Your Club's Bulletin is a vital and effective method of communication with your club members. It has also the capacity to raise the level of your profile in your community as a marketing tool.

Awards for best Bulletins will be presented at the conference. Winners will be selected in 4 categories being the size of the club: 1-15 members; 16-30; 31-44; 45+. Additionally there is a new category for Best On-Line (web based) bulletin.

Judging criteria will include (but not limited to):

• • Rotary Information
• • Club's future meetings - functions, rosters etc
• • District Information
• • Previous meeting's attendances, guest speaker etc
• • Selected Minutes from Board Meetings
• • Club Finances (periodically)
• • Humour (tasteful!!)
• • Presentation
