Assist the Bulletin Editor |

Oversee Sergeant at Arms (to keep the Club on an acceptable profile) |

Stress to members the importance of regular attendance |

Encourage make-ups at other Clubs |

See that someone goes with newer members on their first make-up |

Make sure meetings start and finish on time (This is part of the Sergeant at Arms duty but the Administration role is to ensure it happens) |

The Administration portfolio is also to ensure the History of the Club is being recorded and Archived |

Assist the Family of Rotary person with gaining information on what is happening to members, their families and past member’s partners etc. |

Encourage your Club to participate in the District Bulletin Awards and guide the Editor on content if required |

Promote the achievements of the Club by submitting an entry to the Significant Achievement Awards committee |
 |
Raise the awareness of attendance at District Conference
Advertise and encourage interest and attendance at World Conventions |
This is the function of the Administration position.
Depends on the size of the Club as often in a smaller Club the two undertakings are combined.
