I am aware that Clubs are doing some wonderful work in both local and
international areas that is often unrecognised by other Rotarians.

Some examples of activities:

Local:

Ian Murphy Debating Competition,
Essay /Poetry Writing Competitions
Reading with Children/ Helping in local schools
Participating in early Literacy is Fun Programme
Presenting young children with their own book
Supporting local libraries
Working with Computers (with both young and old)

Not all of these will be organised under Vocation but they are all related to Literacy.
