Our ambition is that the Rotary Expo will provide awareness of Rotary activities and projects in order to:
		motivate and inspire further action
		provide a greater knowledge of what Rotary does
		provide choice for club cooperation
		help Rotarians to enhance the public image of Rotary in the community

The Rotary Expo is immediately adjacent to the registration desk in the Inner Circle on level 3.
The Rotary Expo is created as an ideal venue for meeting and greeting.
Collect your tea or coffee and enjoy fellowship in the Rotary Expo. Exhibitors are asked to provide stimulating information and ideas to meet the Rotary Expo ambition.

This year at Moonee Valley the final summer night racing series will be held on Friday March 23rd and the Rotary Expo will be open to the racing public giving us wider exposure. Rotary is sponsoring the first race of the meeting and it is anticipated that in excess of 8,000 racegoers will attend providing great PR from this exposure.

We invite interested groups and clubs to register an expression of interest for the Rotary Expo.
Expressions of Interest will close Friday 16th of December 2011.

Opportunities are also available for marketing and sponsorship which includes a booth in the Rotary Expo for the duration of the Conference. Details available on application.
