There are two ways of registering for Conference
 
  Triplicate Document Registration Form
 

All Club Secretaries in our District will have copies of this Registration Form. The form will provide a copy of your Conference 2009 information for:
1.The District Conference Chairperson responsible for all registrations.
2.Your Club on to Conference chairperson, or Club Secretary.
3.Your reference, certifying your event bookings.

There are three payment options on the form.
Payment or proof of payment must accompany the form when sent to the Conference Registration Chairperson.
