The role of the District Committee for Administration is to provide support and information to clubs and their Administration director. Chairman PP Howard Scheetz (Jeanette) Family of Rotary The Family of Rotary encourages all Rotarians and clubs to care for their fellow Rotarians and members of Rotary's extended family (partners and children of Rotarians) and to remember spouses of deceased Rotarians Co-ordinator PDG Clive Walker (Rae) District Trailer Custodian District possesses a trailer with a lot of Rotary regalia such as the world flags, signage etc. Clubs and District Committees are able to borrow this equipment to assist them with their Rotary project. Co-ordinator PP Fred Mandersloot (Denise) Assistant Co-ordinator PP Andrew Crawford (Cherie) Resolutions Committee This committee is responsible for the reviewing of the District Bylaws and seeks proposed amendments/additions from the Clubs and the committee for presentation/consideration at the District conference. Chairman PDG Clive Walker (Rae) Committee DG Peter Gilbert (Barbara) PDG Rob Lloyd (Lynne) PDG Don Cox (Joan) DGE David Cooke (Judy) DGN Alan Anderson (Dorothy) District Governor Nominee Delegate - when elected District Historian This committee is responsible to keep an up to date history of the District and assist clubs with methods of obtaining/maintaining their own history Co-ordinator PDG Neville Miles OAM (Jean) Sergeant At Arms Advisor to clubs as to the recommended duties and responsibilities of a Sergeant at Arms in a club Advisor PP Tim Huggins (Jackie) Special Certificates This committee provides special certificates for presentations. Club can also order their certificates (at a nominal fee) for their special occasions / presentations Co-ordinator PDG Don Haberecht (Glenda) District Bulletin Awards Your Club's Bulletin is a vital and effective method of communication with your club members. It has also the capacity to raise the level of your profile in your community as a marketing tool. Awards for best Bulletins will be presented at the conference. Winners will be selected in 4 categories being the size of the club: 1-15 members; 16-30; 31-44; 45+. Additionally there is a new category for Best On-Line (web based) bulletin. Judging criteria will include (but not limited to):
Committee PDG Brian Bowen (Betty) To Club Bulletin Editors: When mailing your Bulletins please ensure that you: Significant Achievement Awards The Committee will receive properly documented submissions up until 31st January 2008, which will allow physical inspections of all projects submitted. The quality of the submersions well as the overall presentation of the project is considered important. The winning entry will be announced at the District Conference 2007. There are five criteria taken into consideration.

The official program, as well as the informal activities and fellowship will inspire, unite, and revitalize Rotarians in a collective effort, through Rotary service, to make a better world.
