The quality of the submersions well as the overall presentation of the project is considered important. The winning entry will be announced at the District Conference 2007.

There are five criteria taken into consideration.

  1. The project should address itself to a significant problem that is evident in, but not restricted to, the local community.
  2. The project should involve Club Members in personal service, rather than in a monetary sense.
  3. It should be inspirational to other Clubs.
